How do I add a new account?
To add an asset account:
- Choose Accounts menu > Initial/Supplemental Inventory.
- In the Account Category selection box, choose an appropriate category.
- In the Asset Accounts selection box, choose Create New Account.
- Complete the remaining fields as required.
- Click Done.
To add a non-asset account:
- Choose Accounts menu > Account Editor.
- In the Account Category selection box, choose a non-asset account category.
- In the System Accounts and Assets selection box, choose Create New Account.
- Complete the remaining fields as required.
- Click Done.
