Below are lists of TotalTrust template files for use by TotalTrust Custom Reports.
Click a link to view a sample of the report that can be generated by the
template. To use with your client, you can download the template file from within
the TotalTrust application. The downloaded template is inserted onto your
Custom Reports desktop where changes may be made or processed as is.
The
templates should be considered examples. The user should edit as appropriate in
order to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
If you do not see your form in
the lists below, please let us know. We will continually add more templates to
the library.
